Incurs Usage

Sending data to Memfault incurs usage costs after exceeding the free tier. See Golioth pricing for more information.

The memfault destination uploads chunk data to Memfault.

Parameters

Parameter	Type	Description	Required
project_key	string	The Memfault project key for chunk uploads.	✅
alternate_id	string	Use an alternate device identifier source for Memfault serial number. Valid options include primary_hardware_id or certificate_id.

The Golioth device ID will be used as its serial number on Memfault unless the alternate_id parameter is specified. If a device does not have the specified alternate_id type, data will not be delivered.
